Getting started
Growlforge is coming soon on iPhone and iPad. These guides also apply to the TestFlight version.
- Open Learn and start with the safety instructions and beginner foundations.
- Open a lesson to watch its video. Finishing the video marks the lesson complete.
- Related follow-along exercises become available in Practice as you complete their lessons.
- Choose up to five warmups for your practice list.
Why are some exercises missing?
Exercises may need a lesson completed first. Premium exercises also require Premium access and their lesson prerequisites. Your selected exercise focus and voice status can affect the list shown.
Do I need an account?
You can use the free foundations in guest mode. Sign in with Apple enables cloud progress backup and is required to authorize protected Premium video playback.
Video playback
Videos require an internet connection. If a video does not load, check your connection, reopen the app, and try the video again. For Premium videos, also check that you are signed in and that Premium is active.
If the problem continues, email the lesson or exercise name, device model, app version and the message shown. Do not include passwords or private keys.
Account & cloud backup
Use Sign in with Apple in Profile > Settings > Account & backup. Sign in with the same Apple account on another device to restore your learning progress.
Cloud backup includes learning progress, preferences, XP, rank, rewards, saved songs and avatar choices. Recordings, voice-status check-ins and local reminder settings are not included. Avoid resetting or deleting data while troubleshooting a backup issue; contact support first if progress appears to be missing.
Practice recordings
Allow microphone access when you choose to record. Your recordings stay on the device where you made them. They are not uploaded for coach review or included in Growlforge cloud backup.
Open Recording history to play back or delete individual takes. If recording is unavailable, check Growlforge's microphone permission in your device settings.
Delete your account
- Open Profile > Settings > Account & backup.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with the same Apple account you used to sign in, then complete the confirmation.
Successful deletion removes your Growlforge account and active cloud progress backup, revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization, and requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record. RevenueCat processes that request asynchronously. Providers may retain records required for legal, accounting or security purposes.
Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions, refund purchases or erase recordings already on your device. Cancel subscriptions through Apple. Delete recordings separately in Recording history. To reset training progress on the device, use Profile > Settings > Data Controls > Reset local progress; that action keeps saved recordings.
You can also email jesse@metalgrowl.com to request account deletion. We may need to verify ownership. Do not send an Apple password. See the privacy policy for more information.

For a technical issue, include the app version, device model, what you were doing, and any visible error message. A screenshot can help, but please hide private information before sending it. Only include recordings if you intend to share them for your support request.
For privacy and deletion requests, use the same address and identify your request in the subject. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private account credentials.
